Roland Hagman- Roland Hagman, sole owner of Eiger Futures Management, Inc., was born and educated in Switzerland. After completing his technical training in engineering in June of 1970, he worked as an independent engineering consultant for several years in the Middle East, Africa, and Central and South America. In December of 1976 he moved to the United States and opened a branch office in Connecticut for the Swiss engineering firm, Studer AG.

In October of 1980, Mr. Hagman opened Hagman Marine, Ltd., a sailboat charter company, and spent the next two years chartering in the Caribbean. In May 1982, Mr. Hagman returned to dry land and joined the field of commodity trading as an Associated Person for Traders International, Inc., (a FCM – Futures Commission Merchant), in Florida.

In November 1982, Mr. Hagman and two other Associated Persons from Traders International, Inc., opened their own Introducing Broker (IB), which is today known as Eiger International Inc., with locations in Maunaloa, Hawaii and Ridgefield, Connecticut.  Roland Hagman, now a U.S. citizen, is President and has been continually registered with the National Futures Association (NFA) since 1983 and has been registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) since 1983. From that time until the present, Mr. Hagman has functioned as an Associated Person for that IB. Additionally, he was an AP of Morton Friedman (CTA) from April 1988 to March 1992; an AP of K.S. Trading, Inc. (CTA) from April 1988 to July 1989; and sole proprietor (CTA) from August 1983 to May 1992. Mr. Hagman who became a principal of EFM on April 25. 1989 and an Associated Person on May 1. 1992 is solely responsible for implementing trades for customers of Eiger Futures Management Inc.

Scott Cole

Scott Cole – Camp Hill, PA Office – Scott began his futures trading career in 1994 when he traded his own account.  Scott initially studied spread trading techniques, and then moved on to studying trend following techniques.  Scott initially became an Associated Person with Eiger International, Inc. in 1996.  He then moved on to work as an execution trader with Brandywine Asset Management, a commodity trading advisor and hedge fund firm based near West Chester, PA.  Scott resumed his career as a commercial real estate appraiser in 1999, and has been self-employed in that capacity ever since.  However, his passion for the markets has brought him back to Eiger in 2012 and he is now working full time as a commodity futures broker.  Scott has had the opportunity to learn trading strategies from a number of experienced traders throughout the futures industry.   Scott has also conducted his own research into the development of trading systems and strategies based upon what he has learned over the last 19 years.
